On November 17th, the IEVOA committee got together. Below is the agenda we went through:

• Review of prior minutes.
• Updated on EGM
  • Both motions passed
  • New Vice Chair role will be elected at next normal AGM (normally around April each year)
  • Motion passed to allow the committee to move forward with registering as a non-profit CLG
  • Noted that we weren’t as prepared for questions as we maybe should have been, and the agenda was a bit hap-hazard
• Administrative name changing required on IEVOA bank account/PayPal accounts
• Mayfield Meetup review
  • Hat-tip to DC Motors for showing up with a Mach-E and Model Y
  • Another hat-tip to Colin Whelan who gave out mugs as prizes
• Update on corporate memberships
  • Free Now are now a member
• Member packs are now available, some issued at Mayfield meetup
• IEVOA draft local authority document worked on
• Newsletter updates
• Website re-jigged to reflect new information, etc.

  • We will migrate from PayPal to Stripe in due course
